There has been an outcry in commerce and industry that the Accounting & Finance graduates are failing to perform because they lack the practical skills required to perform their duties especially in Problem solving, Analytical thinking and Application and use of Accounting packages.
The ZICA DIPLOMA is designed to eliminate the above skills gap. The Course Structure consists of 13 Subjects and 1 Case Study divided into 4 Levels as follows;
- LEVEL 1: Principles of Financial Accounting, Accounting with Computer Applications 1, Spreadsheet & Financial Modeling, Point Of Sale Administration and Business Administration.
- LEVEL 2: Zimbabwean Tax Law and Tax Management, Accounting with Computer Applications 2, Internal Controls & Auditing and HR & Payroll Management
- LEVEL 3: Financial Reporting Procedures, Accounting with Computer Applications 3, Managerial Accounting and Financial Information Technology.
- LEVEL 4: Case Study
